Philips Internal Control Analyst in Nashville, Tennessee

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Serve as a core Financial Services Operations team member, providing exceptional service to all customers and business partners, including Subscribers, Caregivers, Payers, Programs, Installers, Referral Sources, as well as be a subject matter expert for all billing and finance related questions and processes.

You are responsible for

  • Ensuring timely control testing and approvals

  • Ensuring tasks associated with transitions are assigned and completed by responsible person(s) dependent on offering (LMS, PSF, OS, GSD)

  • Transitioning new subscribers onto Philips platform resulting in increases in sub count and revenue recognition

  • Work closely with programs throughout transition process to manage and ensure accuracy of information

  • Administrative and IT responsibilities supporting manager and department

  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required and/or assigned

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Associates Degree, Bachelors preferred

  • 5+ years of financial and customer service experience

  • Must be technically savvy and comfortable using software, including, but not limited to:

  • Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong work ethic with proven track record of accuracy, dependability and consistency

  • Must be able to think independently, have strong problem solving skills, and have a continuous improvement mentality.
