In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be part of a vastly dynamic organization and growing team by evaluating and creating new supply chain and project planning concepts and scenarios with an end-to-end scope, in line with the business strategy. You will work to support budgeting, planning, analysis and reporting activities for Revenue Operations including revenue, inventory, and demand planning.
Additionally, the Revenue Execution Analyst will lead reporting efforts around imperative KPIs, with emphasis on short-cycle revenue execution.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
Analyze sales data and trends. Responsible for collection, analysis, and reporting of related data in an on-going effort to increase overall productivity, operational proficiencies, and overall strategic execution
Develops and tracks key performance indicators, and evaluates performance based on the specified baseline metrics (AOP, conversion targets, etc.), while taking into consideration current economic conditions.
Help derive and communicate key strategic insights from the myriad data types
Reviews and analyzes expenses associated with focused areas of business related to the overall revenue strategy do drive efficiencies.
Demonstrates high knowledge across the M2O and O2C spectrum, in turn leveraging knowledge to analytical drive revenue execution proficiencies
Leverages variables leading to revenue upstream in the E2E cascade; such as: the funnel, bookings, backlog, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, and performance measures
Effectively incorporates customer’s delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations.
Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue execution.
Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN
Demonstrated expertise and navigation of organizational data infrastructure
Implements innovation to drive to automated platforms of reporting where applicable
Frequent support of daily management needs as outlined via leadership
Daily demonstration of the highest level of Philips Leadership competencies and behaviors

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
MBA highly preferred
5+ years of experience in demand management, project planning, and scheduling, and/or supply chain management
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other functions to achieve overall business objectives
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring a high level of collaboration
Understanding of supply chain concepts and their financial impact
Experienced in conducting critical path analysis, analysis of changes to schedule assumptions and impact on targets
Demonstrated track record in leveraging continuous process improvement / lean methodologies to resolve complex supply chain, project management or implementation issues
Self-starter with ability to work in a matrix environment
Advanced knowledge of databases and software skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel with pivots and v-lookups), Power BI (or Tableau), and SAP
Flexible work style, adaptable to internal and external customer requirements supported by a creative mind and the ability to think out of the box
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all department and organizational levels
