The Quality Assessment Tool Manager will own and execute the Quality Assessment program for Philips Multi-Vendor Biomedical Services. The Quality Assessment Tool Manager will be responsible for scheduling and performing quality assessments at select accounts. The quality assessment consists of reviewing various data points, reports, and manuals to ensure data integrity within our Biomedical program as well as meeting with various hospital departments and leadership to determine the level of satisfaction with the Philips program. Action items identified during the quality assessment, will be monitored and tracked to completion by the QAT Manager. The QAT Manager will also serve as a point of contact for biomed field employees regarding customer satisfaction concerns, hospital regulatory concerns, etc.
You are responsible for
Leading the North American quality assessment program for the Multi-Vendor Biomedical Customer Services organization.
Analyzing operational processes, escalation procedures and performing training needs assessments to identify opportunities for service delivery improvements and value-add to the customer.
Interacting with external customers, at all levels of the organization, and field-based service personnel to assess compliance with operational guidelines and best practices.
Documenting findings in an online repository and holding teams accountable to complete assigned action items
Fostering a favorable customer experience throughout the life-cycle of Multi-Vendor customer agreements.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of quality and/or regulatory experience within the healthcare industry.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
Solid experience with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independent, attention to detail, problem solving and innovative thinker.
Organized and able to hold self and others accountable to delivering on commitments and resolving issues
Strong interpersonal skills with a high sense of urgency and follow-through to delight customers, capable of interfacing with all levels in an organization
Excellent verbal and written skills
Expected travel up to 75%
The candidate is preferably located in Nashville TN.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Job operates in a Philips office and the hospital/medical environment.
Potential exposure to hazardous physical, chemical, radiological and biological agents and loud noise.
May work in environments where devices producing one or more of the following may be in use: radiation, strong magnetic fields, loud noise, high voltages, compressed and liquefied gases, and radioactive materials. Strict adherence to corporate and site safety procedures is mandatory.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer and phone.
Regularly speaks, hears, and views computers.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Travel up to 75% by car, air or train to customer sites (hospital/medical environment), Philips offices, or other locations for meetings, training and other business needs. Occasional international travel and frequent overnight stays are required.
