In this role, you have the opportunity to be:

A key team member that is a part of the North America Marketing team, the Campaign Manager Team Lead formulates and drives campaign strategies to achieve business goals, including revenue and market share. This team member also:

  • Identifies cross modality market segments and makes campaign strategy decisions

  • Makes recommendations and decisions on target markets, products and functionality

  • Owns the creation and execution of account and/or territory strategies for Philips products and solutions utilizing discretion and judgment, keep strategies customer centric targeted with compelling messaging

  • Mentors/coaches multiple levels of Campaign Managers

  • Initiates sub-groups or sub-teams to ensure continuous improvement

  • Leads team during manager’s absence

  • Influences and persuades clinical, technical, management and executives to make changes to products and solutions based on feedback, market and customer trends

  • Participates in developing the budget to achieve business objectives for assigned products and territories

  • Owns the delivery and receipt of training to key stake holders

  • Builds synergistic relationships with Sales to optimize account and territory success

  • Influences and persuades clinical, technical, management and executives to make changes to products and solutions based on feedback, market and customer trends

  • Participates in developing the budget to achieve business objectives for assigned products and territories

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing) or equivalent combination of education and business experience.

  • 5+ years of proven track record in a marketing capacity driving customer oriented programs.

  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate technical and clinical value of products and solutions.

  • Proven business acumen and judgment, with successful track record of making difficult and competent decisions.

  • Minimum of 1 year leadership experience within a sales and marketing function (B2B environment)
