In this role, you have the opportunity to…

The Services Delivery Transformation Deployment Project Manager works with Market, BG and Program stakeholders to drive successful deployment of projects within the Request to Resolution process areas

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Work with the release manager and market BT resources as well as deployment support team in an integrated roadmap for deployment in each market and business

  • Manage dependencies with other deployments in that market (e.g. SPS blueprint or MP1 template)

  • Manage stakeholders in the markets and central teams and chairs the deployment project board owning deployment dashboard

  • Own the relevant deployment related SIM deliverables – Go Live activities (business readiness, QMS transition plans approvals and actions, learning plan and deployment, change plan, adoption surveys, creates a hub change and comms plan integrated with each of the markets’ change and comms plans - runs comms events, organizes demo’s etc.)

  • Run Fit / Gaps analysis and From / To’s exercise working out a plan to bring end state together with market BT and SME’s and design team providing feedback on requirements

  • Manage the deployment roadmap activities including business configuration activities and cut over plans together with deployment central support team ensuring deliverables are met on time managing critical path

  • Manage UAT together with release manager ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged early

  • Go Live and cut over activities. Ensures business hand over after warranty period

  • Ensure org design changes are agreed together with the deployment plan and that plan is executed and that organization is fit for the role also in sustaining mode

  • All other essential duties

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Complex Project Management implementation experience required

  • Track record of successful implementations

  • People oriented and proven record of building strategic relationships and reach agreements

  • Knowledge of service delivery processes and systems, including ServiceMax preferred

  • Results oriented

  • International Project Management Experience a plus

  • A Team leader

  • Extraordinary communications skills

  • Project Management skills (PMP certification and / or Agile certification preferred)

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
