In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive the effectiveness of Philips’ Multi-Vendor line of business by providing technical assistance and modality expertise to Service Engineers in the field.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
Provides leadership, training, mentoring, and technical assistance to the customers of AllParts Medical as the modality expert; must be available as a consultant over the phone to any field based associate that has purchased from AllParts and requires assistance.
Communicate technical information in an easy to comprehend format for the intended audience.
Provide customer consultations and recommendations regarding equipment capabilities, limitations and use.
Act as technical advisor to customers, Sales, and Service Management.
Understands customer temperature to escalate and communicates appropriately.
Analyze complex problems, collects data, establishes facts, draws valid conclusions, develops and executes corrective action plans.
Demonstrates appropriate and professional communications, both written and verbal, to internal and external personnel.
Utilizes appropriate technology to support effective communication (Laptop apps, Outlook and Lync, cellphone, and texting.)
Promotes positive teamwork with internal customers, FSEs, as well as between peers, Leadership and all Philips colleagues.
Actively promote AllParts Medical and Multi-Vendor services to all stakeholders, both internal and external.

That services the needs of Philips 3rd-party, Multi-Vendor customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
2 year/ Associates Degree or equivalent is required ; 4 year technical degree preferred
Desired training in one of the following: biomedical, networking, electrical engineering
5 or more years of hands-on GE CT experience including installation, upgrading, and component-level repair (GE or Siemens)
3 or more year of hands-on experience with GE MR systems
Effective communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and think logically about solutions
Interpersonal skills with teams and customers
Prioritization and time management
Technical solutions authoring
Ability to solve mechanical and electrical problems using appropriate tools
Ability to utilize MS office and other CRM products and applications
Ability to type 30 words per minute
Ability to demonstrate versatility with a variety of Philips products and customers
Travel will be determined according to business requirements
