This position will be multi-faceted in support of Philips Demonstration materials. This person’s work scope includes areas of material operations including but not limited to inbound receipt, decontamination, inspection, inventory put-away, packing and consolidation, and shipment of the items to designated destination. Enhanced areas of focus will be assisting in packaging design, consolidation, sell-through support, and technical evaluation coordination. The position will require Microsoft Office suite skills, experience or ability to learn Salesforce operations with the ability to become advanced in software programs. This person must be detail oriented and poses a drive to determine outcomes. We are seeking an individual who can research material master data and work with many functional groups outside of the local business.

You are responsible for

The Ultrasound DEMO Support Technician will need to be willing to train to increase their skills and knowledge of systems and transactions encompassing DEMO support. The person must be detail-oriented and organized to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and to manage their time wisely. Must follow directions and show respect to others working around them. Need to have an ability to identify items using multiple references including, but not limited to OEM manuals, schematics, DEMO operations guidance, etc. knowledge of medical devices, and Salesforce platforms a plus, but will also be trained in these subjects. Must work under immediate supervision during the extent of level 1 training of these aforementioned subjects.

Essential Functions:

Thorough business training and development to be provided.

· Oversee the DEMO activities, including all shipping, receiving, and inventory functions.

· Order all DEMO supplies, packaging, and maintain acceptable levels.

· Cross train backup support

· Special Projects for DEMO team

· Keep an open line of communication between Logistics and CSR’s

· Field multiple weekend calls as needed

· Assist with Shared Tools On-call

· Work through difficult receiving and inventory issues as needed.

· Fill is for employees on PTO

· Ability to problem solve and find solutions

You are a part of

Philips Customer Service organization, specifically North America Shared Tool operations. You will grow with the program and create daily impact on the organization and challenged to expand our reach as industry leaders

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

· High School Diploma. Advanced degree preferred.

· 2+ years of experience with medical parts and or equipment is preferred.
