Philips X-Ray Training Developer/Instructor (Nashville, TN) in Nashville, Tennessee

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage the design, facilitation, and execution of X-Ray training for All-Parts, a Philips subsidiary that drives the company’s multi-vendor line of business.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation.

  • Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features.

  • Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions.

  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • May lead multi-disciplinary change projects, managing a number of people.

  • Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas. Introduces methods/procedures that are new for the organization.

  • Determines feasibility of concepts or projects.

You are a part of a team

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or educational field with 5 or more years of experience or Master’s degree with 3 or more

  • 3 or more years of hands-on technical experience with medical X-ray machines

  • Prior training facilitation experience

  • Intermediate knowledge of adult learning principles e.g. ADDIE

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Prior experience working within a cross-functional matrix

  • Proficient in area of specialization and contributes in other disciplines. Determines feasibility of concepts or projects.
