In this role, you have the opportunity to
Manage the design, facilitation, and execution of X-Ray training for All-Parts, a Philips subsidiary that drives the company’s multi-vendor line of business.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation.
Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
May lead multi-disciplinary change projects, managing a number of people.
Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas. Introduces methods/procedures that are new for the organization.
Determines feasibility of concepts or projects.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or educational field with 5 or more years of experience or Master’s degree with 3 or more
3 or more years of hands-on technical experience with medical X-ray machines
Prior training facilitation experience
Intermediate knowledge of adult learning principles e.g. ADDIE
Strong written and oral communication skills
Prior experience working within a cross-functional matrix
Proficient in area of specialization and contributes in other disciplines. Determines feasibility of concepts or projects.
