You are a part of
A national team, reporting into a Lead Business Development Specialist within your geographic district. Working effectively with Philips Business Unit, Leadership, Field and SAE/AE to achieve individual and shared goals across the customer base.
Building relationships at corporate and hospital level
Leading by Influence internally /externally
You are responsible for
Developing strategy with the AE in assigned accounts for defined modality/business
Collaborating on Clinical Service Line strategy.
Executing strategy through field resources for assigned modality/business
Owning Clinical influencer relationships
Driving bundle buys / contract support
Managing Installed base targeted programs
Accelerating market share growth
Managing and driving funnel growth and business activity around your modality/business
Collaborating with S/AE and other BDS resources to develop and drive Clinical Service Line strategies
Owning Clinical influencer relationships
Driving customer satisfaction for modality / business
Consistency in field engagement
Installation consistency and accuracy
Issue management / resolution
Leveraging key relationships to support other modalities/businesses
Helping to develop, manage and drive marketing activities across IDN
Understanding and leveraging market drivers around reimbursement and revenue opportunities
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelors Degree in business discipline, required. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of Diagnostic Imaging (preferably MR/CT/DXR) sales experience required
Previous C-suite sales experience, required
Proven track record in prospecting and selling solutions into new markets
Demonstrated ability to manage complex and consultative sales engagements
Strong knowledge of consultative selling methodology and understanding of sales process and use of sales automation tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skilled at orchestrating sales processes and quarterbacking a sales team.
Ability to quickly demonstrate expertise and establish credibility with key decision makers
