Philips Enterprise Program Executive_NY in New York, New York


Enterprise Program Executive - Healthcare Informatics, North America

In this role, you serve as the face of Philips at New York Presbyterian (NYP) health system. The Enterprise Program Executive (EPE) oversees the deployment and ongoing adoption of Philips healthcare informatics programs spanning the entire health system. The EPE will lead all aspects of solution and services design, deployment for the Philips IntelliSpace Enterprise Edition (ISEE) suite of interoperable healthcare informatics applications and services for NYP. ISEE helps health enterprises’ further improve quality of care while meeting the evolving challenges of budget constraints and the management, interoperability, security and value maximization of health data, and IT platforms through a services delivery model.

The EPE is responsible for working closely with the NYP’s key stakeholders including C-level leadership, clinicians, IT professionals and project team members to ensure ISEE enables the NYP to achieve desired outcomes and expected value. Further to serve as an advisor, leading and/or facilitating clinical, IT and business strategy focused discussions that will help to ensure the long-term success of the managed services program and overall partnership with NYP.

You are responsible for (but not limited to):

Delivering success through ISEE and

  • Managing all aspects of the business relationship with NYP and the primary escalation for healthcare informatics

  • Overseeing all activities of project or program team members, ensuring completion of assigned tasks in accordance with schedule, resources, cost, performance, and quality objectives

  • Ensuring all aspects of project success through the execution of project work plans in accordance with project/program Statement of Work (SOW), while revising the SOW as appropriate to meet changing needs, requirements and NYP expectations

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships in the C-Suite and with clinical, operational and IT leadership throughout the NYP organization

  • Understanding the Philips solutions offerings and leveraging that knowledge to ensure continued adoption of the solutions and related capabilities across the NYP organization

  • Maintaining a governance model and frequent cadence with key NYP stakeholders as it relates to decision making, priority setting and strategic collaborative initiatives

  • Collaborating with the NYP to identify, prioritize and achieve desired outcomes and key performance indicator metrics

  • Identifying and remediating program issues and risks, as they arise, in a proactive manner

  • Driving industry best practices into solutions and service design, architecture and delivery

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A successful track record of account, project, program or services management experience with enterprise imaging and/or enterprise health records solutions at large and complex health systems

  • Strong track-record of senior relationship management including frequent and longitudinal engagement with executives and/or influential customers

  • Robust knowledge of clinical workflows on a departmental and clinical level strongly preferred

  • A commensurate problem solver with a high sense of responsibility to deliver impactful results, often through influence and highly effective collaboration

  • Experience driving impact for and with customers, either through consulting, customer success or research

  • First hand strategic and operating experience and a proven capability to wear many hats and will have the capacity to drive numerous complex projects forward simultaneously

  • Extensive experience in negotiating with customers, as well as management and influence of senior level leaders

  • Experience working across organizational boundaries, as well as working in a global organization across various cultures and departments.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation, facilitation and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint,

  • Master’s degree is preferred in relevant field of study with 10+ years professional experience
