Philips Project Planner - Rental Solutions in Norresundby, Denmark


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work in an international environment and be part of a team with global and cross-organizational reach. As a Project Planner for AGITO Medical, you’ll support the business in sustaining its position as one of Europe’s leading suppliers of pre-owned medical equipment and provider of mobile and relocatable diagnostic services.

You are responsible for

  • Planning and coordinating projects and operational activities from A-Z

  • Coordinating and overviewing the project logistics between suppliers, vendors and internal stakeholders

  • Maintaining and expanding supplier network in all markets; evaluating and negotiating supplier contracts

  • Securing timely communication between all relevant stakeholders, internal and externally

  • Issue, maintain and distribute project documentation and reporting to all stakeholders involved in the project,

  • Costs analysis and tracking of each individual project,

  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all markets

You are a part of

AGITO Medical, which is 100% owned by Philips and part of the multi-vendor division within Diagnostic Imaging.

AGITO Medical provides flexible and cost-efficient medical imaging equipment to hospitals, clinics and distributors worldwide, including rental solutions and spare parts from all major brands.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Experience with project planning/coordination in an international environment

  • High level of communications skills and fluency in English, verbally and in writing

  • Agile mind-set; adaptable to changing circumstances

  • People skills; a dedicated team-player who collaborates with internal and external stakeholders

  • High level of attention to details

  • High stakeholder management skills with an understanding of how to translate complexity into simple solutions
