The International Business Manager Computed Tomography (CT) and Advanced Molecular Imaging (AMI) is accountable for achieving profitable growth as agreed to in the Business Market Combination (BMC) handshakes with assigned markets including order intake, market share, revenue, price realization, and integral gross margin (iGM). Represents BU CT across the M2O and O2C processes and works collaboratively with assigned markets and districts to achieve or exceed the commercial goals of BU CT/AMI.

You are responsible for

  • Lead the creation BMC plans between Business and Markets and help drive the execution of BMC plans with specific accountability for driving demand and achieving comparable sales growth (CSG) and iGM targets

  • Work with markets (i.e. district teams) to drive the CT performance in these markets

  • Identify BMC opportunities, activate plans to capture these opportunities and resolve shortfalls vs. plan (where to play and how to win)

  • Identify, develop and activate new business opportunities across the BU and beyond systems

  • Drive strategic improvements in GTM model within the BMC

  • Represent the ‘voice of the markets’ towards BU LT and ensures alignment of BU strategic plans with strategic plans of markets.

  • Represent the BU CT with KOLs in the assigned Markets (in collaboration with Field Marketing)

  • Drive resolution of issues related to supply chain, inventory, Q&R and Customer Satisfaction

  • Lead NPI’s within the BMC in assigned markets and provide relevant market feedback to BU to come to tailored/localized value propositions

  • Drive insights and strategic activities through market and funnel analytics

  • Drive strategic and financial planning and reporting for BU CT in assigned markets

  • Take all necessary actions, including the deployment of team objectives, to ensure full compliance with all Business and Q&R policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in sales and / or product management in a B2B environment

  • Experience with leading a cross functional team within an international matrix organization

  • Knowledge of complex market /channel structures

  • Understanding of Healthcare market segments and trends

  • Mature, convincing commercial leader

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience in leading teams directly or by influence

  • Winners mentality, never settle for less than #1 position

  • Understand customer’s business fundamentals and field challenges

  • Analytical, conceptual thinker without compromising on pragmatic execution and activation

  • Proven entrepreneurial mindset and results orientation in business development: a strong sense of urgency and a track record of focusing on core business issues.

  • Strategic orientation: ability to bring a strategic orientation to a business, combining rigorous analytical thinking and problem solving into developing a clear and ambitious business plan for the future;

  • Proven track record in anticipating market changes and responding by adjusting the product/ service offering

  • Ability to develop cohesive local interpretations and adaptations of the overall BU value proposition and roadmap

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
