In this role, you have the opportunity to
Draft continuous improvement projects within one development unit or laboratory and introduce new supporting process activities.
You are responsible for
Assisting in performing DOE (Design of Experiments), designing, building and operating test fixtures, taking data measurements.
Correlating theoretical and simulation predictions with empirical measurements
Supporting Automate Testing
Designing interpretation, schematic and layout.
Troubleshooting and repairing electronic circuitry
Managing EE (Electrical Engineering) lab to ensure efficient operation

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A minimum of an associate degree in Electrical Engineering
Familiarity with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscope, signal generators and network analyzers
Effective judgment with active, intuitive listening to identify needs
Eager to learn and grow technical skills in an exceptional environment
Excellent analytical skills
Strong collaborative and organizational skills: a team player who proactively seeks out expertise and advice and input from others
Basic proficiency with of SW tools (MS Office, Matlab, LabView experience is preferred)
Basic proficiency in writing C and Python script
Ability to communicate effectively through written reports and oral presentations
