In this role, you have the opportunity to d efine and implement the next generation of Genome Informatics end-to-end solutions to provide Clinical Information.The role will be based in Petach Tikva or Haifa.
You are responsible for
Developing automating installations, CI/CD processes
Developing deployment tools on-premises and on-cloud.
Improving organization product delivery process using and choosing new technologies.
Work closely with developers in building development tools, analysis tools and production tools.
Manage and Monitor Production environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Relevant Bachelor's degree
2+ Hands-on experience as DevOps expertise with virtualization in enterprise environments
Be a source of expertise for Infrastructure, implementation and deployment of applications and tools.
Experience with Monitoring and maintaining a 24x7 production environment.
Linux administration experience with preferably to Ubuntu or Debian - mandatory.
Scripting language experience with Bash, Python and Groovy - mandatory
Cloud platform as a service experience with preferably to Cloud Foundry.
Cloud Services Performance Monitoring experience with preferably to New-Relic.
Experience with CI/CD running system with preferably to Jenkins.
PostgreSQL, MySQL and Elastic Search knowledge.
Git, Jira and Confluence knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
