In this role, you are responsible for:
Working together with the Business Manager and Product Specialists to develop the business plan and implement a pro-active measures to be responsible for and to ensure the achievement of budgeted financial performance targets as deployed in the Annual Operating Plan.
Lead and manage the sales team comprising of Account Managers/ Channel Sales Manager.
Deploy sales objectives and targets for all the Account Managers/ Channel Sales Manager and partner with Business Manager in developing strategies that will enhance the achievement of the business objectives
Coach, develop and motivate sales team to ensure that they are equipped with the relevant skills and competencies to allow them to carry out and achieve their individual and departmental targets
Regularly engage with the high level or C-suit of the customers in order to build a strong relationship.
Be the Key Account Manager responsible for HS Key Customers
Co-operate and provide support for the Customer services team working with them to develop strategies that will allow them to achieve their business goals.
Be an active and key member of HS Country Management Team
Work with other members of the HS Country Management Team to contribute and to deliver the
business objectives of the HS in country.
Engage with all IS Channel partners to create a good understanding and co-operation in driving the business.
Together with the General Manager, develop a pipeline of talent in the sales team and build a solid structure for the Country Sales Manager’s successor.
Be vigilant to the changing in the market environment and be responsible in updating country HS management for the situation.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related disciplines.
18 – 20 years of proven track records in sales management.
Well-network in the healthcare industry
Proven leadership qualities
Strong commercial acumen
Strong stakeholders management skills especially with C-suite level of customers.
