We challenge you to join Philips Healthcare as a Clinical Relationship Manager where you will WOW our customers by using your strong technical skills in providing the best in class customer service! This position will be based in the Philadelphia, PA area* where you will stretch your skills by serving as a clinical liaison and manage the clinical relationship between Philips and the customer. You will use your experiences to engage the customer for the purpose of optimizing clinical performance and image quality, planning procedure growth, and managing customer expectations.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
Primarily responsible for developing and maintaining the clinical relationship within the defined region
Provide clinical assessments with customers and be able to provide a clear solution to the customer to drive revenue opportunities
Participate in customer engagements by Commercial Sales, Marketing, Internal Sales, Customer Services, and the modality business department by assisting with site visits, system demos, and customer presentations as needed.
Lead and/or coordinate Clinical Education initiatives and offerings
Utilize data sources and reports to identify customer training needs and opportunities
Engage customer in planning discussions regarding optimal clinical use of their system
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Prefer candidate to be registered and in good standing with appropriate credentialing body for specific modality
B.S. degree or equivalent preferred.
At least 6 years modality experience including advanced clinical areas such as C/V, GI, WHC, VASC, POC.
Philips experience preferred, to include legacy products
Strong technical understanding of modality technologies and clinical applications
Must have proven track record of successful selling experience reflecting the achievement of annual targets
Excellent communication and customer management skills
Project management experience preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Extensive domestic and overnight travel is required. Driving and/or air travel is 80% or greater
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Previous exposure to hospital environment is required
Must be able to discuss education options and be comfortable selling the customer clinical education and clinical services
Effective presentation skills
The territory for this job will be NJ, DE, DC, MD, Eastern PA and Eastern NY (minus NY Metro). The preferred location is the Philadelphia, PA area, Candidate must reside in a city within their territory that holds the majority of their customer base and be located near a major (non-regional) airport (within 1 hours drive) to be considered.
