The role of the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager for the Sleep and Respiratory Care business is to have the responsibility for the online experience of our B2B & B2C customers & consumers within the Philips digital environments. You will be responsible for identifying the audience, the design, building, execution and success of the customer’s journey is enacted. You will act as project manager and work closely with the key stakeholders within the individual markets, Business Marketing organization, Connected Care Cluster, and global group Digital Marketing & eCommerce functions to bring about key business results.
During all phases of the digital marketing capabilities, you will:
Manage the presentation of digital assets / messaging in accordance with Philips policies and brand
Generate accurate customer decision journeys online for the audience(s)
Monitor funnel KPIs and make appropriate adjustments/optimizations
Continuously improve by building a repository of best practices
Share best-in-class practices with results from these initiatives
You are responsible for
Provide digital guidance and asset development for all new products/solutions introductions and existing propositions while recommending actions that have positive improvement per the Customer Decision Journey (CDJ)
Identify KPIs for digital campaigns needed for successful business results
Drive proper A/B analysis with statistical rigor; deliver testing insights and help create a culture of data-driven decision-making
Manage and optimize landing pages, website CTAs, lead-generation forms based on strategic objectives, partnering with key stakeholders and campaign managers
Collaborate with teams responsible for activation, website, web stores, and apps in order to optimize each conversion path
Strategically align global e-commerce best practices for markets and the business
Take ownership of building the best customer-facing experience for Philips web properties and B2B/B2C e-commerce storefront experience
Constantly improve customer experience and NPS by offering the right service to the right customer at the right time
Collaborate with other DMMs to define best solutions per the Business Marketing vision and mission within SRC
Ensuring compliancy of branding, DAP, privacy, legal and Philips policies
You are a part of
The Digital Marketing team located in Schenley Place (soon to move to Bakery Square in 2021). The role is the bridge between the business and the global digital organization and will be a front-runner of digital innovation within your specific responsibility.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing) or equivalent combination of education and experience, Master’s preferred
Minimum 6+ years of working experience in digital marketing
Hands on digital marketing, execution and evaluation
Ability to identify and creatively solve problems, make decisions
Ability to present ideas and results to key stakeholders within SRC
Must be an imaginative, enthusiastic marketer with a commitment to delivering measurable results and a proven ability to manage projects to successful completion.
Knowledge of marketing data and targeting techniques, SEO/SEM and Analytics
Excellent project management skills
