In this role, you have the opportunity to
Lead all aspects of the Supply Planning activities for our Sleep & Respiratory Care Business to ensure a timely production and delivery of life saving devices and supplies around the globe.
The Integrated Supply Chain function fully supporting the Sleep & respiratory Care (SRC) located in Pittsburgh. SRC is part of the Medical Devices Business model within Philips.
Key contact for BG, S&OP Leads, SVAL & Markets on overall supply plan
Key contact for BPE/BPO in relation to improvements on process and functionality
Manage the Supply Planning process for big and complex business scope with high exposure
Maintain the Supply Plan for high & complex business scope with high exposure, ensure timely updates for meetings and business planning snapshots
Secure Customer First while supporting in Full the ambitions of the business for profitable growth
Identify areas of improvement in the Supply Planning process and develop and implement new ways of working
Collaborate with manufacturing site / OEMS suppliers to achieve the medium & long term planning inputs for S&OP review
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Broad Knowledge to-End Supply Chain Management
Expert on the Supply Planning (Inventory Management / MPS) and S&OP process
Ability to drive change within an organization
Excellent communication and change management skills
Ability steer & lead collaboration with supply chain partners (markets, business units, industry & suppliers)
Knowledge on inventory management including safety stock management in relation to service levels
Master’s degree in Business Economics (SCM preferred)
APICS CPIM certified
Familiar with ERP and advanced planning tools, preferable SAP and JDA
5-8 years relevant work experience
Experience in multiple areas of Supply Chain
Experience in managing a diverse team
Experience in influencing and driving change within Supply functions
