In this role, you have the opportunity to
Organize and coordinate all aspects of learning events from inception, planning, start and closure of a course. You will work closely with local and global members of the Education Programs staff, while working with Philips employees, customers and the various Business Innovation Units.
You are responsible for
Ensuring Philips Healthcare customers and employees receive consistent, streamlined learning experiences.
Providing regular communication with different stakeholders.
Communicating problems clearly and collaborating with other team members/business partners, to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Coordinating day-to-day operations, processes and reporting; administration for Learning Management Systems.
Providing support to Learning Specialists and Trainers.
Managing on-site training events and clean up for events as necessary.
Setting up the training environments (workstations/virtual settings), while using systematic instructions and escalating training environment set-up/configuration issues to appropriate IT personnel.
Looking for opportunities to improve current process and communicating potential improvements to the team.
Implementing improvements and sharing lessons learned, including failures and successes.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree (required) and 4+ years of project or training coordination experience
Advanced knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and proficiency in SharePoint (or collaboration tooling)
Basic Learning Management System (LMS) knowledge and experience
An understanding of virtual environments and the ability to learn technology quickly
Demonstrated welcoming instincts, a personable and social approach and the ability to effectively handle conflict
Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
Individual will work in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment with flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed
May be required to travel regionally, up to 15%
