Philips Outcomes Program Specialist in Plymouth, Minnesota

null In this role, you have the opportunity to Be one of our Outcomes Program Specialists in a customer-facing role, responsible for the day-to-day activities of the company’s Outcomes Program and providing superior patient service post-shipment. Your key responsibilities and activities will focus on ensuring timely and accurate outcomes data collection via phone survey, establishing and maintaining customer-oriented, professional relationships with our patients.

You are responsible for

  • Building rapport with patients telephonically and act as the primary point of contact for the patient post-shipment.

  • Initiating patient phone calls to complete the outcomes survey from identified patient populations and maintain strong communication with patients throughout the survey period; escalate any medical concerns to our Clinical Educators and/or healthcare team.

  • Actively providing ongoing support and answering patient questions about device usage, maintenance, and accessories.

  • Collecting, documenting and providing physician requested compliance call data on a quarterly basis for identified populations.

  • Initiating all additional post-shipment patient follow up calls including, but not limited to, evaluations, trials, returns, and exchanges.

  • Educating patients on our RespirTech product offerings through explaining the benefits of device usage and promote device retention when necessary.

  • Taking orders from patients for device accessories.

  • Monitoring the efficacy and efficiencies of program processes and activities and communicating results and recommendations to the program manager.

  • Responding to inquiries from RespirTech staff on questions pertaining to program activities, data collection and processes.

You are a part of

our Customer Support Team for our RespirTech product lines and your strong empathy will enable you build relationships with our patients as you ensure they are getting the best product outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 4 year college degree in business or healthcare related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • 2+ year’s industry experience, preferably in healthcare, health insurance, and/or durable medical equipment.

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal

  • Enjoy telephonic work.

  • Attention to detail

  • Progressive, proven record of relationship-building capabilities

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
