In this role, you have the opportunity to
Provide support and sales of our inCourage® Airway Clearance Therapy medical devices in territories with little to no outside sales representation. The inside sales representative creates and executes a sales plan to maintain/increase prescriptions and shipments in these territories and will build and maintain relationships with health care teams and facilities in partnership with outside sales.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
80% Tactical coverage for territories with little to no outside sales representation.
Research Health Care Teams, company history, and supporting data in designated territories to create and establish a robust plan of action to maintain/expand sales.
Communicate with Health Care Teams to promote products and services in order to maintain/increase prescription volume.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prescribers and their teams to grow business and ensure unparalleled customer care.
Educate Health Care Teams regarding medical documentation needed for reimbursement.
Gather required medical documentation to support medical criteria for authorization/claims submissions to insurance companies.
Partner with outside sales (RM, TM, ATM, FCS, SAM)
Promote the company’s products and services by speaking knowledgeably about the company and its products and services to potential customers.
Document, track, and report on success of territory coverage.
Identify areas in need of process improvement, propose solutions, and lead corresponding initiatives.
15% Develop and maintain relationships with facilities (i.e. SNF, Hospice, Rehab, etc.) to maximize claims processed.
Work with facilities to obtain or maintain coverage for patients who reside in said facilities.
Educate on company’s products and services by speaking knowledgeably about the company and its products and services to potential customers.
Negotiate pricing with facility representatives. Draft and send purchase orders for established pricing.
5% Other duties as defined.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent blend of education and experience.
Demonstrated sales support or sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think critically in order to problem solve with both internal and external customers.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products- Outlook, Word and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements of the Position:
Position requires sitting for long periods of time. Must be able to hear, see and speak clearly. Must be able to work a computer keyboard and read the monitor. Must be able to operate office machinery. Requires lifting a minimum of 10 pounds within a single motion.
