Manage the Communications strategy of the Services & Solutions Delivery organization, a high performing team passionate about delivering efficient Service Levels to our customers. Our team is supporting our performance objectives while Transforming our portfolio of Services and Solutions helping Philips to become a truly Solutions company by 2025!
You are responsible for
Leading a global team of Communications professionals who provide mentorship and expert support to the S&SD Leadership Team. The team aims to proactively share and communicate the transformation initiatives (Hoshin) as well as inform the different partners (Markets, Businesses, ExCo, etc.) on the progress of our Perform agenda. Examples of this include:
Internal speaking engagements
Leading communication channels (Yammer, Newsletter, Webcasts)
Employee engagement and communications
Company, customer and industry events
Quality and sustainability
Ensuring understanding, joint-ownership and support of communications programs with S&SD LT, Business and Market leadership.
Sharing programs and subject expertise with other communications colleagues for activation/amplification.
Supporting change management, activation and adoption of new initiatives in Markets and Businesses
Continuously adapting and evolving our programs based on feedback and results.
You are a part of
The Transformation Office team, responsible for the management and deployment of the Transformation Strategy of S&SD including deployment, Market activation, adoption and Continuous improvement; in this role you will own the whole Communications strategy of the Services & Solutions Delivery organization, working closely with other Communication Directors in i.e. PIO, Business Transformation or the Operations Group.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University Degree-level education, with at least 15 years of experience in communications in an international matrixed/business environment;
Experience working in (preferably a passion for) healthcare and/or technology industries;
Experience in developing and executing coordinated communications plans;
Strong partner management experience with multiple and diverse groups, including business leaders;
Experience briefing and lead a communications/PR agency;
Ability to put a measurement program in place;
Validated experience using a variety of internal and external communications channels.
