You are responsible for
Development, coordination and delivery of product and application training to customers for advanced visualization and PACS solutions
Monitoring customer installations within region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
Improvement of customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of software utilization by customer.
Support of trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
Production of well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
Provision of direction and feedback to the development teams to make sure all new implemented features and tools have intuitive usability and meet customer needs.
Maintenance and expansion of domain expertise
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Sufficient experience in the related clinical field (advanced visualization, PACS solution, Radiology Informatics)
Bachelor’s degree in the technical or medical field.
Structured and logical thinking.
IT savvy and quick learner..
Willing to travel extensively.
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English both verbal and written
