In this role, you have the opportunity to be a valuable member of the Philips University Enablement and Activation team, managing the current learning portfolios of Philips. In this role, you will be the linking pin between our Learning Management System (Cornerstone) team, Regional Learning delivery team as well as Learning Consultants designing the learning content. You will be responsible of managing, overseeing and strategizing the learning portfolio quality at Philips University.

As the Junior Portfolio Manager you are responsible for:
Receive and process the maintenance request related to Philips University Portfolio
Monitor data quality of portfolio via Cornerstone Learning Management system
Manage all the request to change or edit portfolio information in Cornerstone Learning Management system
Actively monitor and report gaps or quality issues in the Philips University portfolio
Support Enabling & Activation team with activation of current portfolio via Learning Management system or other internal communication chanels
A bachelor or master’ s degree
1-3 years experience either in portfolio management (can be outside learning field) or as Learning Management Systems Specialist in multinational / culture environment
Thrive in a growth environment - Must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working in environments of high ambiguity
Be self-starting and work autonomous, be creative yet have a highly developed attention to detail
Have a structured mind set with an eye for standardization and continuous improvement
Proficient in English is required
Strong communication skills, both in written as well as in verbal communication
