Philips MR Hardware Productivity Program Manager in Pune, India


In this role, you have the opportunity to lead projects/programs for components and products design development and maintenance for PHILIPS Diagnostic Imaging/ MR. You are responsible to deliver projects/programs outputs according to alignment with the key stakeholders. You will ensure to implement and develop the highest standards in Program Management as to deliver and maintain the highest levels of performance and quality for our customers.

You are responsible for

  • Driving and delivering Innovation, Development, Productivity, Maintenance projects for Diagnostic Imaging/ MR

  • Leading and coordinating a multifunctional core team of R&D, sourcing, quality, service, product industrialization, production leaders.

  • Defining the project/program scope, content, staffing, planning and cost with key stakeholders

  • Using state of the art Program Management tools and processes to drive execution of projects/programs

  • Delivering per commitments on scope, quality, time and cost.

  • Communicating and managing the internal and external stakeholders.

  • Interacting with the global R&D Teams of Diagnostic Imaging/ MR

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering.

  • 12+ years in engineering initially as engineer and later as project/program manager role.

  • Excellent Communication skills & Influencing skills are essential.

  • Team player, leadership skills and drive for results

  • Customer focus and Quality mindset

  • Open mindset and positive ‘Can do’ attitude

  • Global mindset
