This exciting role is a great opportunity for a person with experience in planning & execution control domain.You will be at the heart of IGT (Image Guided Therapy) Systems and plan production and supplier demand in a dynamic environment, while maintaining minimal stock levels. This profile also provides opportunity in managing execution activities such as production planning, plant to plant deliveries, FRU supplies to SPS, Supply of parts for DEFOA systems & commercial returns. You will also initiate improvement projects to further improve the planning & execution process.

You are responsible for
Create and maintain MPS plans which are based on commercial demand to ensure orders are delivered on time, while maintaining minimal stock levels and optimizing factory capacity. Create and maintain percentage planning lists (P-BOM) to ensure flexibility towards the markets.
Share data from the MPS plan with the procurement department to ensure the procurement of materials on-time and against minimal costs.
Actively participate in the change management process (including new product introductions), manage phase-in/phase-out plan and calculate effectivity dates based on stock levels and material availability, in close cooperation with procurement, service and production.
Initiate, drive and contribute to improvements of the planning systems and procedures to further improve delivery reliability and reduce cycle times.
The production planning process to have Image Guide Therapy (IGT)-Systems, which are build in a make-to-order model, available at the factory ship date as confirmed to the customer.
To resolve escalations for IGT-Systems to meet customer commitment by teaming-up with parties in the supply chain (procurement, order desk, engineering, quality & regulatory, operation managers).
The process of handling commercial returns and DEFOAs (Defect-On-Arrival) and ensuring the customer gets the missing parts.
The (order) handling of supply flows from factory Pune to other Philips factories and vice-versa.
To lead and develop the team of appr. 5 people consisting of Production Planners, Return handlers and Internal Order desk staff.
To ensure the processes are compliant towards Medical Device and Trade-Compliance regulations.
To drive realization of operational targets and action plans where necessary.
Act as ship hold coordinator.

Within IGT Systems, the Order-To-Cash process entails all the activities from receipt of customer order to delivery at hospital site. Within the Order-To-Cash process there are 5 key activities handled by 5 teams, namely: S&OP/Order desk, Planning & Execution Control, NPI Supply Chain Management, Operational Procurement and Physical Distribution.
You will be part of the Planning & Execution Control team (5 people). The group is responsible for translating the S&OP plan for IGT systems and upgrades into demand on component level, taking into account engineering changes, non-commercial and service demand. Customers are located across the globe and supplied from multiple factories. The Planning and Execution Control team together with the Operational Procurement, NPI Operational Procurement & Logistics team, Factory Logistics and Reverse Logistics team realizes the core supply chain processes at Factory Pune. You report into the OMM Manager for Pune Site You work closely together with procurement, engineering, quality & regulatory, factory order desk, operational managers.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
You have a Bachelor or degree of Engineering or Masters at least 10 years of working experience in relevant domain
Proven experience in planning & execution control processes in healthtech or high tech machine building industry.
You have proven experience in SAP (PP/MM) or another ERP system (required)
You are very analytical and precise (required)
You are a good communicator with good stakeholder management skills (required)
Experience with engineering change management and configuration management is preferred
Knowledge on IGT products is a strong plus, or at least supply chain experience in high-tech machine/component building industry is a strong preference
You have the following behavior and character: customer-focused, team player, pro-active, make-it-happen attitude, flexible, persistent, empathic, able to build bridges
You can fluently communicate on different organizational levels in English
Personal skills: emphatically skilled, customer-focused, make-it-happen mentality and precise.
Proven experience in leading teams, whereby goals are accomplished.
