This is a role within the Human Resource organization. Responsible for the delivery of processes and solutions in scope towards the PPS Centers, CoEs and HR functions, and provides support/guidance in resolution of problems, reviews change requests, implementation of changes, ensures proper performance of used systems and interfaces.
As IPS Validation Specialist for Learning in Philips Integrated People Services, your responsibilities are to:
Prepare and execute validation activities, such as author requirements documents and/or execute test scripts according to FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulation
Perform quality checks across validation documentation and identify follow up actions and making sure regulations and guidelines for validation are adhered to
Impact assessment of changes on compliance and deployment to the Philips University following the process governance model
Contribute to projects across the learning domain, support new releases of Cornerstone and assess validation impact by providing clarity and direction aligned with Cornerstone configuration options and new functionalities
Act as SME for end to end Learning processes and solutions in scope towards counterparts in the team, regional Philips People Service centers and the Philips University.
Partner with Quality & Regulatory on compliance and validation activities
Partner with the Philips University to identify and assess new requirements. Assess the impact of these requirements on current processes and functionality
Work according to defined standards and policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and data privacy.
Actively drive process and solution improvements
Work with the global PPS teams on continuous standardization and knowledge transfer
This role is in the HR Learning Solutions team that is part of the Human Resources Integrated People Services organization of Philips (IPS). IPS is responsible for the delivery of high quality, timely, cost effective, common and standardized people services to the business. A team of about 40 HR professionals is delivering HR Learning Services & Solutions to Philips employees, managers and the Philips University. Some of our HR Learning Services colleagues are employed in one of the regional shared service centers across the world. You will work from the Pune office directly with a team of 20 professionals in Eindhoven (Netherlands) and Pune (India). You will directly report to the Manager Projects, Change and Releases.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Academic (Bachelor) qualification and 5-10 years of relevant working experience in HR/IT projects and services
Expert in validation of Learning Experience Platforms according to FDA regulations
Experience with Learning Experience Platforms, preferably Cornerstone on Demand and the ability to learn new technology and processes quickly through instruction and self-training
A strong focus on quality, adhering to regulations and guidelines and having a eye for detail
Solid business analysis skills and ability to transform requirements into feasible solutions
Strong business partnering skills, customer orientation and an excellent team player
Change agent with good facilitating and project management skills, with a ‘can-do’ mentality
Knowledge of quality systems and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Good cultural awareness and ability to work with individuals from different cultural backgrounds
Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas
Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
