In this role, you have the opportunity to
define RadOnc marketing strategy and G2M plan for integrated oncology solution business, and to work with BU and local team closely for total RadOnc products management, including different CT/MR/PET radiation oncology market.
You are responsible for
To define radiation oncology marketing strategy and G2M plan with BU and local team together; Radiation oncology portfolio management, include different lever CT/MR/PET simulation and RT solution, such as, registration support, localization, pricing, promotion and others; To localize Philips Image2Plan RadOnc solution sales tools frequently including proposal, configuration, quotation, presentation and CI etc.; To build up radiation oncology ecosystem and maintain business partners from marketing collaboration to dedicated business module; To support RadOnc SC team and ISC/DI team to meet with OIT and Sales target; To Provide marketing materials, sales tools, competitors information and training program to front line sales, ISC consultant and product sales team; Build up and manage show site and KOLs relationship with sales, ISC, application and clinical science team together; Marketing events (exhibition, seminar and workshop) design and support with local team and/or partners;
You are a part of
RadOnc team under Integrated Solution Center of Philips.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree on Medical physicist, Medical imaging or Biomedical engineering etc;
5+ years experience in hospital and medical device industry;
Travel Frequency: 25%-50%
Willing to work under high-pressure and work independently;
Professional presentation, paper working and cross-function communication skills;
Fluent in English both written and spoken;
