In this role, you have the opportunity to
Implement and execute our people strategy with the HR Business Partner, management, and key stakeholders in the HR Centers of Excellence. You will drive the people elements of transformation and change management in support of the business agenda. You will interface with all other parts of HR and acts as the ‘glue’ in the overall HR delivery model.
You are responsible for
Implementing and executing our people strategy with HRBP, management and other stakeholders such as Center of Excellence (CoE), Philips People Services (PPS), HRBPs and managers on local implications and solutions for managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures.
Facilitating organization change initiatives and provide consultation and coaching to people managers to increase sense of responsibility for and capability in using all Philips tools and processes effectively, including workforce planning, performance management, engagement, development, and retention.
Working closely with the Senior HR Manager to understand and address local business issues and supports local organizational capabilities development with HR interventions
Managing/supporting local industrial / labor relations activities.
Driving standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes
Supporting and facilitating the development of managers in people management and manager self-service.
Participating in HR-projects on a cluster / market level.
You are a part of
The HR Manager Team, reporting to the Director of HR Managers. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly with multiple client groups both within and across sites and business groups under the direction of the Market Hub Leader and HR Business Partners.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree (Business, or HR related field), or equivalent experience. PHR/SPHR strongly preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role covering non-exempt and exempt work groups in a dynamic and fast pace organization.
Client-driven, highly accountable, able to earn the trust of clients and peers, influencing skills and a passion for striving for excellence.
Experience working in a large public company is strongly preferred. Matrix organization and shared service model experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a changing environment.
Must have experience in working with senior management, experience in driving HR plans and providing solutions
Strong verbal and written communication
Outstanding MS Office skills required.
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday is preferred)
Experience with a manufacturing environment with multiple shifts.
