In this role, you have the opportunity to
manage professional OHC (Oral Health Care) business development in Baltic countries by keeping strong professional recommendation network through engaged KOLs, participating into important professional events with KOL lectures, organizing different endorsement actions.
You are responsible for
Preparing the reporting system for distributors in order to increase the indirect (retail chains covered indirectly) distribution knowledge, to control their activity
Identifying business opportunities and pinpoints problem area within the channel.
Keeping strong prof. recommendation network through engaged KOLs
Participation into important professional events with KOL lectures, stands and demo
Managing Sales Representative team and ensuring their activities are oriented towards sales increase
Supervises after sales support and exchange policy
You are a part of
very successful team dedicated to Baltic countries. You will manage Sales Representatives based in particular countries and you will cooperate closely with sales, marketing and digital teams in the region.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Min. 3 years of experience in Sales (Account Management) in field linked with health – pharmaceutical, dental, other healthcare companies
Solid knowledge in marketing
Existing communication (contact) network in Health sector -– pharmaceutical, healthcare , dental companies would be strong asset
Strong negotiator and net-worker (customer and internal stakeholders)
Strong communication skills – to be able to communicate well with specific target auditoria – dentists, hygienists, midwifes, to be able to present also to large auditoria
Able to travel frequently within Baltics and also outside (driving license and experience)
High sense of responsibility, strong sense of pragmatism
Fluent in English one of Baltic local languages
