KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive clinical decision support solutions
Develop and execute winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share
Actively participate with sales team in coordinating and executing clinical evaluations, product demonstrations and presentations
Educating sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes
Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN

You are responsible for
Develops and executes training program for new installations.
Leads initial installations and prepares installation of specials or scientific trials.
Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality Standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.
Customize the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximize the performance for each specific user.
Demonstrates possibilities, explain functionality, train users, customize systems and advise on the most optimal configuration for specific types of professional products.
Takes care of implementation of trial installations (in cooperation with service), in order to get it working and to get the maximum information for evaluation by the product group. Monitors the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes.
Takes care of demonstrations and presentations, where required, to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment.
Keeps in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments.
Provide valuable feedback to BIU in order to support the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings.
Work in close collaboration with MSS and sales people providing active support in pre-sales and post sales activities.
Is actively involved in marketing activities (workshop, conference, congress).
Acts as “Regional Voice of the Customer” through provision of "market-in" feedback on market trends and competitive information to BMM and BIU.
Builds and maintains network of Clinical Key Opinion Leaders in the Market
Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips Healthcare (PH)
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree
3- 5 years of related experience
Certified LEAN Basic
