Job Posting Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to lead and support the sales process for public and private customers specialized in service and maintenance contract accounts at Philips.

You are responsible for

  • Developing, maintenances and service strategies while improving relations with existing and potential customers in all of Puerto Rico.

  • Creating the yearly contract sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and deliverables.

  • Creating, together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts. Initializes customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.

  • Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions, improves contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.

  • Presenting and explaining the local maintenance portfolio and supports the national promotions.

  • Reports regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation.

  • Connects with internal stakeholders like our legal teams, supply chain management, service and sales area in order to seek alignment for contract sales strategy.

  • Investing 50% of time working with our national accounts and 50% of the time with reporting and analytics.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree in medical or Health field is a plus.

  • 3 or more years of experience in sales customer service or contract administration..

  • 2 or more years of experience in administration of business processes through partnering with internal stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of excel for reporting purposes, follow ups is necessary.

  • Fluent in English is a must.

This role is based in our San Juan, Puerto Rico.
