In this role, you have the opportunity to
To build the business forecast for the Business Market Combination within the Market based on insights and assumptions and to identify any gaps in achieving the targets.
You are responsible for
Create Sales, Marketing, Consensus forecast for the assigned planning horizon, Business Unit and/or Customer Planning Groups by creating the statistical baseline forecast and enriching it with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance and adjacent functions.
Collect input for phase-in/out & promotions and manage the underlying process for the market and/or customers.
Review and analyze historical sales trends, sell out, stocking-trade, research demand drivers, prepare forecast analytics and evaluate forecast results.
Lead conversation with relevant counterparts, propose forecast adjustments and challenge assumptions underpinning input.
Support all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenarios.
Participate in S&OP meetings for the cluster
Support all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating and revising forecast for Customer Forecast Review Meeting, Business Integration Meeting and/or Market Leadership meeting.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree in Logistic, Business Administration or Industrial Engineer.
Experience in Multinationals companies within Business or Supply Chain environment.
Experience in Supply Chain Management or in a planning role either further upstream (supply centers, factories) or downstream (retail)
Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to influence.
Strategy & Planning skills.
