In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Develops and executes a strategic and tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of products / product portfolio of assigned BG/BU. Supports Channel Partners in pre and post sales activities, driving overall business and product deal support by providing business and technical expertise on the product / modality across the accounts/channels.
You are responsible for:
Performs as a contact for Channel Partners for Philips Ultrasound portfolio for the South Latam Cluster.
Creates an account plan for each key-account within the specific strategies and actions as part of the operational plan of the sales group.
Analyzes and reports sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.
Prepares the tactical account plan in line with account strategy in the region and implements the sales strategy.
Accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margin and sales forecast at a specified number of channel partner accounts and is accountable for managing the sales orders.
Coordinates internal and external resources to obtain objectives involving local sales force and marketing support (e.g. Project Managers, Service Specialists, Marketeers, MarComs and/or Application Specialists).
Responsible for sales of the assigned product modalities.
Develops and executes strategic and tactical sales plans.
Identifies new business opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineer or Business Administration.
3-5 years of experience in Sales with channel partners/distributors in the region.
Experience on administration business processes via partners.
Experience in Daily Management way of working.
Management of CRM tools: Salesforce or similar.
Knowledge of new business models as integrated solutions would be preferred.
Bilingual in English.
Based in Chile will act as Ultrasound Modality Sales Specialist for Philip’s Healthsystems. This position will report to the South Latam Sales Leader.
