various departments and follow-up supervision of key projects.

Collaborate with related function and businesses to collect cross businesses data and information
Other business assignments based on line manager’s instructions.
Undertake any other duties as and when assigned.
[Qualifications & Requirements]
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in office administrative tasks
Experience managing a busy office and leading a team of office staff
Ability to maintain positive relationships within the office
Skilled in MS Office, file-sharing systems (we use Box) and other Web-based systems
Technical aptitude to solve basic desktop problems. Resourceful in searching Web for IT solutions.
Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
Strong planning and organizational skills
Good communication in Enligh and Korea
