Philips Business Administrator in Seoul, South Korea


[Key Areas of Responsibilities]

  • Assist the General Manager to determine the company's goals, analyze the market environment, the development of

business strategy and coordination with relevant departments of the company to complete major key initiatives and

other company matters,

  • Assist the General Manager in the daily management of the company, involvement in coordination of operations with

various departments and follow-up supervision of key projects.

  • Support the SRC Korea business to implement various ongoing marketing & Sales activities including key

tradeshow/events, press conference, online/offline communications, collaterals and newsletters etc.

  • Collaborate with related function and businesses to collect cross businesses data and information

  • Other business assignments based on line manager’s instructions.

  • Undertake any other duties as and when assigned.

[Qualifications & Requirements]

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in office administrative tasks

  • Experience managing a busy office and leading a team of office staff

  • Ability to maintain positive relationships within the office

  • Skilled in MS Office, file-sharing systems (we use Box) and other Web-based systems

  • Technical aptitude to solve basic desktop problems. Resourceful in searching Web for IT solutions.

  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Good communication in Enligh and Korea
