Philips Consumer - E-Commerce Marketing Manager in Seoul, South Korea

[Key Areas of Responsibilities]

  • Establish Go-to-market strategy on e-retailers

  • Plan & execute e-commerce marketing aligning with overall marketing strategy for enhancing online sales & brand presence

  • Make promotion scheme & plan on various e-retailers (Open market, Social, Department store online, etc.) with marketing managers & key account managers

  • Develop & optimize e-commerce asset (promotion page, product page, banner, etc.) aligning with MARCOM concept & utilizing key visual

  • Analyze online sales KPI in view of related indicators like page view, quantity, amount, etc.

  • Activate e-commerce marketing vehicle like Search AD, Display AD, etc. for enhancing both campaign effect & always-on sales

  • Lead collaboration of marketing managers (Marketing) & key account managers (Sales)

  • Keep track of digital & e-commerce trend for being ahead of competition

[Qualifications & Desired Characteristics]

  • 7-8 years of proven track record in E-trade marketing(Preferred) or Digital marketing in manufacturer side or e-commerce

  • Strong initiative to make breakthrough & lead change in undefined environment

  • Excellent communication skill with leading various stakeholders

  • Ability to analyze consumer, sales, advertising data & extract insight

  • Keen to catch digital & e-commerce trend

  • Knows and understands the consumer & shopper journey, the key touch points and actors in the digital landscape

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or sales, e.g. analytics, digital media, online marketing, e-trade, online sales, end-to-end digital channel

  • Working experience in eCommerce or related role in FMCG is preferred.

  • Fluent in English and Korean
