[Key Areas of Responsibilities]
Supports marketing team in organizing various projects and campaigns
Participates in managing financial goals and P&L including sales target, budget, profits
Assists in optimizing category/ product portfolio through analyzing business performance and identifying market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and insights.
Deliver operational excellence collaborating with cross functional team.
Supports consumer communication strategy development for the category
Verifies the effectiveness of the advertisement including media plan
Executes working with internal and external partners such as creative agency, media agency, PR agency, etc.
Cooperates with Business Development Manager/Director and Product Managers from global side, who are responsible for global product portfolio and MarCom, and ensure global partners to obtain the agreement on local team’s business strategy/ new product launching plans.
Effectively communicate with cross functional team.

Knowledge and understanding of B2C business model, retail channel and consumer communication
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
