[Key Areas of Responsibilities]
Develop & execute short-term to mid term business objectives, goals and strategies in line with global/ local business objectives, goals & strategies for category/ product portfolios
Manage financial goals and P&L including sales target, budget, profits and support business forecasting yearly/ quarterly/ monthly basis for category/ product portfolios
Manage S&OP Process for category/ product portfolios& deliver operational excellence
Identify key business drivers by category/ product range/ channels (including sales fundamentals/ pricing/ promotions & in-store communications etc) and develop intervention plans if needed based on the result of business performance review for category/ product portfolios
Track & Assess business performance daily/ weekly/ quarterly basis by analyzing shipment result, demand, sell-out, market share data and ROI for category/ product portfolios
Develop & Execute brand communication strategy/ marketing plan to drive brand preference, build brand equity & trial for category/ product portfolio
Develop & execute marketing plan yearly/ quarterly/ monthly basis to drive organic growth on existing line-up and successfully introduce new product for category/ product portfolio
Develop & execute with excellence comprehensive launching plans for new product launches including AD development, PR, Digital, BTL & FMOT on time for category/ product portfolio
Understand global product roadmap & develop/ optimize category/ product portfolio by identifying key market dynamics, consumer insights, missing propositions and successfully leading new product launch process for category/ product portfolio
Collaborate with global/ regional partners to obtain agreement on local team’s business strategy/ new product launching plan on time for category/ product portfolio
Collaborate with internal team (Cross Functional team) to develop & execute with excellence effective go-to-market strategy, shopper engagement plan and promotion plans/ calendars for category/ product portfolio
Collaborate with external team (ATL, BTL agency) to develop locally relevant & on brand strategy key plans & deliverables in line with aligned business directions & ensure execution excellence.
[Qualifications & Desired Characteristics]
Bachelor's degree or above and 5 8 years of professional experience.
Beauty Care Category/ Product Portfolio Management Experience & work experience in Regional/ Global set up (ie Matrix org) is preferred
Knowledge and understanding of B2C business model, retail channel and consumer communication
Strong Analysis & Strategic Thinking Skills
Strong Leadership Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
