Define GC communication strategy together with business marketing.
Understand consumer and industry trend, drive awareness and preference of GC.
A&P budgeting planning.
Lead activation team and external agencies to deliver.
Work with consumer marketing and BCC sales and marketing to deliver relevant campaigns and sell out activations. Keep strong relationship and teamwork.
Always keep energetic and enthusiasm of delivering new launch campaign and sustain campaigns, engage and leverage BMC BCC resources to maximize sell out
Campaign efficiency improvement. And create halo effect on entire category.
Deliver M+1 spot plan and M+3 communication calendar every month.
You are a part of
This position reports to GC BMC Lead, responsible for total GarmentCare business and marketing overall, including sell in, sell out, stock, P&L, market share, BMC plan. This position cooperate with business marketing managers, BCC, consumer marketing, etc. and external agencies.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree. Major in marketing, digital background preferred.
Experience: 6-8 years of consumer marketing, market share driven activations.
Competency and skills:
Quick learning and willingness to explore, review, improve.
Teamwork spirit, respect matrix team members. Challenge in a constructive way to always strive for improvements.
Good at data mining, analysis, tracking, etc.
Master in understanding and expression, to make sure understand target audience, customers, and management teams.
Fluent English & Mandarin
