Develops and executes an instruction program for the users, in order to maximise the independency of the user with regard to the operation of the system and choice of functions.
Customises the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximise the performance for each specific user.
Takes care of implementation of trial installations (in cooperation with service), in order to get it working and to get the maximum information for evaluation by the product group. Monitors the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes.Takes care of demonstrations and presentations, where required, to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment. Keeps in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments. Participates in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings.
You are responsible for
Share Gr China ICAP Business Unit’s order-in-take & sales target
Work with product marketing manager to translate customer requirements into project proposal, especially the clinical part, and proactively participated into pre-sales activities (customer presentation, demo, etc.)
Provide on-site clinical application training for customers after products installed in customers’ sites
Provide regular internal training to sales and marketing teams for other modalities (CT, MR, DSA, US, CI, ISC, CS, etc.) when needed
Lead or support the update for standard selling tool, training material, project proposal template, & competitor analysis
Lead or support the update for show site material, including customer stories, advanced imaging post-processing best case sharing, clinical research best case sharing, etc.
Continuously drive customer satisfaction by improving training quality, timely addressing customers’ questions and resolving issues, regularly visiting customer and listen to customers voices, and work with global R&D team and product marketing manager to drive solutions for product defects
Support CFDA when needed
Manage the KOL relationship when needed
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or above, majored in biomedical, clinical, or imaging technology
5 years of experience in clinical or healthcare industry
Good command of English in writing and speaking
