Philips Ali Sales Operation Senior Officer in Shanghai, China


In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

  • To support Philips Personal Health Tmall Online sales team to achieve sales target, including regular and intense communication with TMALL platform/Store, provide regular daily tracking and promotion tracking, operation support as well.

You are responsible for

  • Effectively use business tools to track sales performance, monitor the accuracy of sales related data in internal & external system.

  • Responsible for data analysis on basis of sales report including GMV/UV/Conversion Rate/Market share, etc.

  • Big promotion sales real-time monitoring.

  • Assist TMALL team for various meeting data preparation, and other follow up assigned by leader.

  • Ensure sales operation is customer and sales team focused.

Major Challenges

  • Deep-dive on category/product line performance/opportunity, and provide business insight to related team for further improvement.

  • Manage to delivery all kinds of report/data support on time with high quality.

  • Coordinate with sales, finance, COP and other service department to ensure a smooth procedure and good cross-departmental team work.

You are a part of

You will report to Tmall Sales Operation Manager and collaborate with many other teams including Marketing, Digital marketing, Commercial operation, Finance etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in E-commerce area in a multi-national consumer goods company

  • Good logical thinking and able to work under pressure

  • Work independently and well organized

  • Familiar with Excel and PPT

  • Good English command
