In this role, you have the opportunity to
Generate Philips Alibaba business strategy with the help of Philips Alibaba GM and business director.
Closely work with Alibaba A100 project team to dig out potential new collaboration opportunity from two company level within full Alibaba ecosystem (Taobao/Tmall/JHS/Ali pay/Cainiao and etc.)
Alibaba new project owner, closely follow Alibaba new trend and work out pilot project to catch up the trend and facilitate
Focused strategic co-op project leader, drive both internal and external cross function team help to set up task force and execute from zero to one.
Philips Alibaba JBP/ T2T owner, facilitate two parties have close relationship and routine F2F meeting to review the past and secure new opportunities.
Lead Strategic Testing to Support Decision and Operation
Propose and design testing, collect data and complete analysis to draw conclusion of testing results. Furthermore, apply the testing insights to guide future business operation.
Business intelligence generation from market monitoring tool Databank.
Popularize testing as a strategic learning tool and promote data-oriented culture throughout company.
Data Analytics on Consumer
Research and collection of consumer data including purchasing & usage behavior, consumer profile etc.
Descriptive analytics on consumer data, along with predictive or prescriptive analytics to provide valuable insights or prediction of future consumer behavior, as well as related impact on Philips business.
Support for Ali Marketing Operation
Set up Marketing data tracking mechanism. Keep track of trends, patterns or correlation of data after each marketing activity and present in the form of dashboard.
Contribute to strengthen Ali marketing campaign effectiveness, improve marketing investment productivity/ROI and enhance precision marketing by leveraging data analytics.
Constantly Data Sharing and Periodic Reports Presentation
Drive and initiate data analytics projects that are cross-functional, conduct quantitative research;
Participate existing research and evaluation of key assumption used in business model;
Periodic projects update with management.

Stakeholders: External: Tmall databank and TMIC 小二， Tmall industry 小二 , ISV; Internal: MM, ETSM, Tmall Team member
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Overall 10+ working experience with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analytics in FMCG or Consumer Electronics.
Analytical and data driven / data first mindset.
Must be very familiar with data bank, quickly understand brand, category and market trend, business and changes, hands on knowledge - real time optimization direction with or without the help of agencies.
Strong testing design and analytics skills (e.g. A/B testing) is required
Self-motivation and strong paperwork and communication skills. A good team worker that can both manage peers and external agencies.
A degree in Science is a plus, e.g. Computing Science, Mathematics, etc. But open to all majors.
