In this role, you have the opportunity to
Improve the structure of professional education system. You will play a vital role within profitable business as well as competitive and top in the marketing. You will deliver clinical training to client, and help potential customer better understand product features & benefits and service to their particular needs, which make difference among competition.
You are responsible for
Achieve Great China ICAP business’s order-in-take & sales target
Work with product marketing manager to translate customer requirements into project proposal, especially the clinical part, and proactively participated into pre-sales activities (customer presentation, demo, etc.)
Provide on-site clinical application training for customers after products installed in customers’ sites
Provide regular internal training to sales and marketing teams for other modalities (CT, MR, DSA, US, CS, etc.) when needed
Lead or support the update for standard selling tool, training material, project proposal template, & competitor analysis
Lead or support the update for show site material, including customer stories, advanced imaging post-processing best case sharing, clinical research best case sharing, etc.
Continuously drive customer satisfaction by improving training quality, timely addressing customers’ questions and resolving issues, regularly visiting customer and listen to customers voices, and work with global R&D team and product marketing manager to drive solutions for product defects
Support CFDA when needed
Manage the KOL relationship when needed
You are a part of
ICAP/AE product team, where your professional and clinical support will be highly valued and recognized. You will report to Senior Product Marketing Manager and cooperate with sales, product marketing and product sales.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor or above, majored in biomedical, clinical, or imaging technology
8 years of experience in clinical or healthcare industry
Good command of English in writing and speaking
Exposure or experience in delivering clinical training
Excellent customer facing and service skills is desirable.
Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance.
High-level professional demeanor and interpersonal communications skills; superb writing skills in local language and English.
Deliver required results with high levels of customer satisfaction, both internal external.
Demonstrates punctuality and efficient work habits. Able to self-direct and to effectively manage priorities.
Strong organizational, time management and planning skills in order to be successful in a role performing a wide variety of tasks associated with varying customer needs, and an ability to change focus quickly as demands change.
