Philips Assistant Ali Performance Marketing Manager in Shanghai, China


In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;


  • To cook TMall by category paid media strategy, 100% high quality execution of paid media agency and store, improve media efficiency and closely work with Alimama team to explore the new and right approach mix to help company and category healthy and sustainable growth in Ali.


  • Cook related category Tmall paid media strategy, incl. new shopper targeting, loyal shoppers activation, drive specific traffic to help big promotion boost and etc.

  • Lead agency cook detailed media targeting plan, via shopper group segmentation test, AB test and by category insight deep dive

  • Closely work with databank ISV on shopper insight deep dive and optimize media targeting efficiency with related data help.

  • Daily track the paid media performance, generate related reports and continuously review and adjust base on real time performance.

  • Closely work with Alimama team on potential new media approaches understanding and trend catch up to continuously improve media mix and strategy.

You are a part of

  • Reporting line: Reports to Tmall digital marketing head

  • Stakeholders: External: Alimama, Tmall buyers, PH paid media agency, PH Tmall stores ; Internal: PH marketing team, PH Ali sales team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • More than 3 years’ experience in digital media buying area

  • Know well about Alibaba paid media methodology and experienced with Alibaba in-site paid media execution.

  • Strong testing design and analytics skills (e.g. A/B testing) is required

  • Good sales skill to manage bilateral relationships, drive all cross function team at the same pace to deliver business result.

  • Results oriented, Self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic circumstance

  • Good English command and paper work skill.
