You are responsible for
Work with category team to set and develop consumer annual engagement plan. Leverage BG/Marketing/sales team/digital resources and assets to engage consumers.
Support category team various activities such as new product launch, seasonal promotion from consumer perspectives.Be the innovator
CRM Team, You will report to CRM Senior Activation Manager and collaborate with many other teams including consumer/customer marketing/sales/digital/ecommerce/brand teams etc…
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
At least 4 years CRM/consumer operation/CMI/digital activation planner experience.
Strong business sense and data analysis skills, able to generate the insights and translate it to business actions.
Strong knowledge of digital, able to link new technology and digital ecosystem with consumer activation.
Strong communication and story-telling skills, be able to convince stakeholders.
Problem solving skills with flexible approaching and creative thinking,
