Philips Assistant KAM Trade Marketing Manager in Shanghai, China

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

You are responsible for

  • In charge of all category execution of online promotion, and maximize the market share and ROI

  • Make suggestion on optimizing the content management work flow, process and management

  • Manage online contents, including developing and refreshing online content (copy and photos), and effective website layout to increase conversion rates.

  • Monthly in store excellence tracking to measure online retail execution, identify area for improvement and develop corrective action

  • Execution of the other online campaign or projects

  • Drive key programs in retail management and deploy/implement/optimize the internal system and processes

  • Develop counter/booth/shelf space/merchandising guidelines, monitor the designs, implementation and quality according to guideline

  • Develop merchandising materials (product demo tools/POSM/ display)

  • Work with assigned agencies to drive high quality execution and timely delivery

  • Deep analysis of sellout to direct area for improvement

  • Managing the budget of assigned projects

You are a part of

  • Suning team, the key sales channel within Philips .You will report to Suning Sales Leader and collaborate with many other teams including Online Sales, Brand Marketing etc.,.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 5+ years eCommerce channel and retail experiment in a multi-national consumer goods company.

  • At least bachelor degree

  • Good in English and PPT presentation skill

  • Online key account experience is a plus

  • Work hard and willing to learn, ability to interface effectively with other resources

  • Open attitude while talking with the customers and team work spirit
