1: Responsible for sales project management in new channel., Closely track projects and achieve sales target by customer visit, marketing activity development and collaboration with dealers.
2: To work on sales and market data analysis and other internal negotiation with MM, F&A, SCM, etc. to support sales deals.
- Deep dive with distributors and end customer to study out new businees model and develop new business.

You are responsible for
Work out yearly L&I Key customer business plan
Quarterly product selling forecast and Plan
Develop regional L&I distributor to achieve deployed sales growth plan .
Manage L&I distributor/Customer and assure L&I sales sustainable growth.
Manage and coordinate L&I key program/case proposed by CO level
Keep close tracking on monthly sales and tender program progress.
Execute CO’s L&I SOP.
Analyse L&I channel sales gap vs. target, prompt work out improvement plan
You are a part of
The new channel sales team, the domestics appliance category within Philips .You will report to the New channel Sales Director and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing etc.,.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
6+ years of Business experience, preferably Sales and MarketingUniv. level with Business/ Strategic Marketing direction
New channel sales in Domestics appliance industry is preferred;
Ability to think from a broad Business Perspective and strategically and out-of-the box, team player, planning & organizational skills, executor, accurate, stress resistant, creative, entrepreneur focused on growth;
Good English & Mandarin;
