Philips Assistant Product Sales manager, Oncology in Shanghai, China


In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Works as Modality Manager on problems of diverse scope where analysis of modality data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge principles, -theories and -concepts of his modality . Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems that cannot be found by combining previous experiences but by composing newly acquired knowledge of his modality. May lead multi-disciplinary change projects, managing a number of people. Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas. Introduces methods/procedures for his modality that are new for the organisation. Applies advanced process principles to multiple tasks. Proficient in area of specialization and contributes in other disciplines. Determines feasibility of concepts or projects for his modality.

You are responsible for

1、Support field sales team to sell the RadOnc Solution and business solutions to customers within Area.

2、Actively track market dynamics including competition situations, customer needs, product evolutions and formulate analysis report to aid business forecast and planning for Solution Consultant team, product team& field sales team.

3、Keep close contact with key luminaries within assigned territory, to promote latest product and clinical development from Philips Healthcare, collect first hand customer feedback and needs on Philips products/services/solution and build the spokesman for Philips.

4、Prepare and co-ordinate tender response and validate tender documentation in collaboration with territory manager.

5、Generate record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers.

6、Assist the territory manager with post sale follow up in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

RadOnc team under Integrated Solution Center of Philips.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

1、Team working skills (including ability to harness resources to achieve goal).

2、Good command of English both in oral and written

3、Good business acumen, sensitivity to the dynamics in market place, with good strategic thinking capacity;

4、Good presentation skills
