Philips Brand Creation and Assets Manager in Shanghai, China


In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;

You are responsible for

  • Support Brand Creation Director to Initiate and develop marketing communication plans & activities from strategy to executions for PH Champaign campaigns.

  • Understands and drives the branding efforts of the organization.

  • Manage independently assets creation projects for Male Grooming and Air category (possible to change categories along the business requirement evolvement).

  • Coordinate with global creation teams for alignment and support.

  • Participate and coordinate in strategic business process/concept improvement and drive communication development, including roadmap alignment, researches, campaign planning under 12 steps, and 360 idea generation.

  • Leading advertising and assets execution to make sure on time delivery with quality.

  • Agency Management

  • Routine executes: writing briefs, prepare presentations, PO/payment/Contract process You are a part of

  • The Brand Creation team within Philips Personal Health portfolio. You will report to Brand Creation Director and collaborate with many other teams including Trade Marketing, Digital marketing, PR, E-commerce, Sales, Finance etc.,.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor in business or marketing communications. MBA is preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing communications and brand management.

  • Have background at relevant experience in multi-national company, and have ability to communicate and manage diverse stakeholder groups in a matrixed organization.

  • Ability to interact with market segment team and/or business line leaders to interpret and reframe business needs into communications strategies.

  • Experience in different marketing functions i.e. digital, EC is a plus

  • Work independently with strong management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Agency management experience.

  • Innovative and result oriented, take ownership and open to challenges/change.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
