You will be part of a growing ASIA Campus team and responsible for Interns and Graduate hires in the Greater China Market. You will manage the execution of the recruitment strategy through planning, event execution, maintaining an active presence on campus and candidate management.
You are responsible for
Drive the end-to-end recruitment steps within the campus recruitment domains
Bring evolution on strategies such as target schools, selection methodology and promotional plan that we continue to focus on to ensure we offer a best-in-class service
Shape, refine and create campus recruitment strategy, ensuring relevance to local business needs and changing market conditions
Design and deliver regional campus marketing initiatives that is determined by our EVP in partnership with the Recruitment Marketing team to attract the right talents to Philips
Develop ways to increase awareness of Philips especially amongst student population, graduates and interns (e.g., student ambassador program)
Manage activities during internship program which create excellent intern experience beyond the learning pathway
Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with target university/college stakeholders as well as drive intern to graduate conversion
Work with stakeholders to plan and implement impactful/market-leading recruitment process, ensuring positive experience and adding value to business
Develop networks and build alliances internally and externally to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals
Use analysis to enhance Philips competitive position by considering market and industry trends, existing and potential stakeholders
Continue to build high level of business engagement and commitment to graduate and internship programs
Convey the end-to-end campus recruitment proposition to our clients and external audience
Facilitate and drive improvements to Philips assessment events and other selection tools
Lead by showing example to ensure usage and application of all best practices for recruitment activities
Work closely with recruiter(s) to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
Oversee all the data points that we have and put them into effective use for improvement
Manage effective control of governance over allocated budget
Seek opportunities to improve inefficiencies by sharing best practices to make changes where possible and necessary

Talent Acquisition is a Centre of Expertise in our HR organization. In this role, you will be part of the ASIA Campus Recruitment Team, reporting into the Head of Campus Recruitment, ASIA.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
6 – 10 years of experience with at least 3 – 5 years in driving end-to-end recruitment within the campus recruitment area in a sizable global organization
Experience in driving engagement activities at the target campuses as well as driving intern to graduate conversion
Proven ability to develop networks and builds alliances; ability to collaborate across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals.
Proven ability to analyze the organization's competitive position by considering market and industry trends, existing and potential stakeholders
Strong project management skills and continues improvement mind-set
Proven ability to communicate/market information effectively
Highly adaptable and flexible as a part of a fast-paced environment
Result oriented - Resourceful, with strong service orientation and positive can-do attitude. Fully committed to the job and deliver outstanding work. Never satisfied with status-quo, continually striving for excellence and also enjoy working hands-on
Proven team player with a high sense of urgency, able to interact with all levels of the organization and connect well with students
Intellectual curiosity - Ability to combine analytical reasoning, creativity and judgement. Quickly study, able to handle complex matters, with multiple initiatives going on simultaneously.
Able to deal with effectively with strategic issues, as well as tactical operational details
Experience in cross country recruitment is a plus
